It is in this splendid palace of the beginning of the century, having belonged to the famous fashion designer Pierre Balmain that Chef Moha revisits the Moroccan gastronomy. Yes! The pillar of the new Moroccan cuisine, it is him! In the garden, in the middle of trees and flowers, we have lunch or dinner around a magnificent swimming pool, all in mosaics. Inside, many lounges surround the patio on 2 floors. New: Chef Moha has opened his own cooking school.

Un grand week-end à Marrakech
Établi dans l'ancienne maison de Pierre Balmain, ce restaurant est une des étapes obligatoires de Marrakech. Mohamed Fedal, dit "Moha", s'adonne avec virtuosité à sa passion de toujours, le mariage original des saveurs. C'est dans la fraîcheur de patio, autour de la petite piscine en zellige, que sont que sont disposées les tables parsemées de pétales de roses. Une mention spéciale pour la farandole des salades et briouat qui révèlent la créativité du chef.
