The Fairmont Royal Palm, a charming hotel resort, opened its new Mexican restaurant, which is offering a unique experience in Marrakech: Domo by Chef Emilio Fernández Gómez. Guacamole, sikil pak, queso fundido, enchiladas or even the mouth-watering tacos to share can be discovered in a “family style” spirit, all served with homemade salsas. A culinary journey through the lands of Mexico, which ends gently, with succulent desserts, just like the tres leches cake. The drinks menu is just as exotic as the cuisine : horchata, a tradtional Mexican drink par excellence, and a selection of muy caliente cocktails.
