    The Chouet restaurant, opened in 2017 by the Pourcel brothers on the Ourika road, takes on a chic rustic feel with its use of khaki green and its natural materials: cement tiles, kiria ... Johan Pardonipade, at the controls of the stoves, realizes a bistronomic cuisine with Mediterranean flavors and Maghreb, based on local products and revolving  around two cooking techniques: the barbecue on the wood fire and on the griddle. Splendid terrace overlooking a lush garden.
