Tom Yam

Upon arrival into the Tom Yam of Tanger, the zen décor and thai handcrafts on display in the bar area take you to another world. The herbs and spices used in the kitchen are directly imported from Thailand and the three chefs are of Thai nationality. The menu invites you to an authentic exploration of this rich, refined thaï cuisine. Saâd Bennani, who directs operations here and has been awarded two "forks", is passionate about gastronomy and will be delighted to act as your guide.
