Pioneers Jacky Rolling and his wife arrived in Casablanca in 1986 to create the Retro 1900. They are now diving into a new adventure with this french gastronomic venue that counts moroccan officials, company directors and a discerning clientele amongst their regulars, all eager to sample the chef's latest creations. The mezzanine makes clever use of this magnificent place. Chic and refined, a very pleasant place to be.
