This is Rabat's fashionable venue set in a 1930's décor that has been perfectly restored to its original glory. This is a smart set address, where being seen is a "must", as the show is most often in the dining-room, with a view over the kitchen. The chef offers a brasserie menu of fresh market produce, such as sauerkraut in winter, leg of lamb with garlic during the summer and fish from the catch of the day.
