Opened in 1982, this restaurant situated in the Agdal quarter was the first in Rabat to offer franco-spanish cuisine. Audacious new dishes change with the seasons. Seafood, game, coq au vin, Jabugo ham or fish of the day: the quality of the produce is flawless. This brightly coloured bistro, where hunters and golfers meet, is livened up in the evenings with the sounds of flamenco. A very good selection of wines and cigars.
