Restaurant Fès - Palais Jamaï - Traditional Moroccan cuisine
Palais Jamaï
Hôtel Sofitel - Bab Guissa - Fès
The Palais Jamaï, a genuine architectural jewel built in 1879, stands beneath the ramparts at the entrance to the old medina in Fès. The palace was converted into a hotel in the 1930's and was enlarged at the beginning of the 1970's while fully respecting the Arab-Moorish style. Its restaurant, Al Fassia, offers a traditional morroccan cuisine while an Arab-Andalusian orchestra provides atmosphere. You are sure to enjoy a wonderful evening in Fès.
