On the new Marina between Salé and Rabat are two restaurants side by side. They share just one name: Al Marsa. Both give pride of place to fish, one has a more Spanish cuisine feel whilst the other is more Japanese in style. The managers are fish and seafood wholesalers by profession and the freshness of their products is exceptional. The same goes for all the cooking, preparation and dressing.
